Pawlak Rebuild

Pawlak Family Rebuild after total loss.

Logging many man hours from demolition to completion, Pappas Construction was able to get Rick and his family back into their home within a years time. Starting from scratch they were able to add additional square footage to get the most out of their property, and give them a truly custom open concept space that functions best for their family. Not everything could be salvaged from the rubble but many pieces were able to be saved, cleaned and restored which are now featured in the home. Industrial light fixtures and design elements make for unique conversational pieces. The new basement is a true hang out space, from 1 to 99, there is something for everyone. On the outside of the home a new in-ground pool and custom poolhouse replaced an above ground pool. Below you will see a slideshow of the damage that was done follwed by the after photos of all the work that was done to rebuild this home. There is also a video with side by side photos of the damage and after.

Risher Remodel

Before and After of a clients home who recieved new flooring, a half bath remodel and a full kitchen remodel that included a kitchen extension - room openings enlarged (walls removed) and a railing installed in the entryway.

Kelly Remodel

Before and After of a clients home who received new hardwood flooring, new paint and a full kitchen remodel and expansion, opening walls to create an open floor plan and clear sight lines.

Snowball Remodel

A customer recently purchase a new home and wanted to renovate her new space to fit her and her families needs, before moving in. Pappas removed walls and created new ones, installed new flooring on every floor, new paint on the walls painting all of the old oak baseboards and doors white, transforming the basement into a very large rec space building a large 3 piece bathroom from scrath, closed off doors and created new ones. In the basement Pappas also created a one bedroom living space with a large walk in closet, the living space has a fully functional kitchen, dining space and living space, as well as a large 3 piece bathroom with stacked washer and dryer. There is also a private side entrance door.
